《HR Communication Skills – Conversations that Accelerate Employee Retention》

In this complex and dynamic world and workplace, managers are an untapped resource when it comes to driving engagement, performance, and retention. In
fact, there’s a well-cited saying in business that employees leave managers,not companies.

Are your managers having regular, focused, two-way conversations with their teams about the things that really drive engagement, performance, and retention? From HR point of view, all the leadership qualities, managers must exhibit every day, there’s one critical area that remains under-used: their Conversation Skills. This series of interactive workshop are designed base on David Kantor Dialogue, participants will learn how to apply different conversation skills in building trust, influencing and persuasion, giving strengths feedback, navigating potential conflicts that may arise in daily workplace. You will apply human behavioural principles and develop strategies to enable employee performance and enhance retention. About the Trainer:

Amana is an action-learning coach, consultative facilitator and life-skill trainer, who specialized in people development. Over the last 15 years, he has proven to be a master in facilitating individual, team and organization development using experiential learning.
